The chip company everyone loves and the bubble-bearers love to call a bubble.
NVIDIA is the chip company that the whole AI boom runs on. Its chips are in the data centers that train the models, which means when AI goes up, NVIDIA goes up with it.
My view: NVIDIA is the rare company where the hype and the reality mostly line up. The demand for its chips is real, the profits are real, and the stock has been on a ride that looks fake until you check the numbers. That is also why everyone keeps asking if it is a bubble. The bubble crowd says the growth cannot last forever. The bulls say the world just changed and NVIDIA is the pick and shovel. I think the honest take is that the company is great at what it does, but the stock price already knows that, so the risk lives in the expectations, not the products. I do not give stock advice. I just like watching a company that changed the whole industry from one office in California.
